Master Plan

The Laguna Sol Master Plan reflects our commitment to ecologically sound development. We are keeping the project very small by most standards, offering only 24 home sites. Our clubhouse will feature an infinity pool, café, guest rooms, and observation deck to view the Laguna, Granada, and Lake Nicaragua. Our goal is to create a community, and to that end we only home sites with construction services.

Our Project site is also unique as we have unmatched project site access with a smooth, paved road right to the front gate. All utilities are also already onsite!
